Meet Sol! He was in one of the streets of London in the rain, visibly injured and in need of help. The man spotted him and quickly contacted the RSPCA, they immediately sent a member of staff to rescue him and he was taken to a veterinary hospital.

He was in a very bad condition, he had discharge from his eyes and nose, and he looked really bad. Vets believe he was involved in a traffic accident because they found that he had broken his jaw, teeth and one eye. The poor animal was very sick, so the first priority was to give him medicine as quickly as possible and cure him. He slowly began to recover and that’s when the staff noticed something incredibly unique about him.

It didn’t seem to matter what mood he was in or how he felt, this ginger kitten always had an angry expression on his face. The staff believed that Sol’s sullen face was due to past trauma or maybe he was born that way, however, it was clear that his sullen face would remain that way forever. As he began to recover, the staff realized that he was a very sweet, affectionate kitten, but you would never have guessed it from his expression.

He doesn’t always look angry – sometimes he can be quite cocky! Despite his constant scowl, Saul is actually very sweet and friendly. He is recovering very quickly from his injuries and we hope he will soon be ready to find a new home. Everyone in the hospital was very fond of Sol and his unique appearance and once his wounds had healed, he would be given up for adoption. They were sure that very little time would pass and the ideal family would also fall in love with him.
