A guy single-handedly managed to catch an alligator in a dumpster and saved a neighbor, becoming the hero of the day

Such an act was able to tickle the nerves of the Internet community, because no one expected such a thing from Eugene Bozzi.

A few days ago a video appeared on the Internet in which a dark-skinned man catches an alligator in a garbage can.

In just the first 24 hours, the video was viewed by more than 5,000,000 people, and Eugene Bozzi became a local hero.

In just a couple of minutes, the Florida resident managed to lure the huge reptile into a dumpster to keep it from entering his neighbor’s house.

After managing to seal the alligator in the bin, Eugene drove it to a nearby pond on his own, where he freed the intruder.

“I took the trash can so the alligator would think a hippo’s mouth was moving on him. I even thought he was more scared than I was at one point.”

After the video was published, the online community was ecstatic about the young man’s act. Some even compared him to the famous naturalist Steve Irwin.

Despite the flood of positive reviews, Eugene Bozzi himself does not consider himself a hero.

“I just did what I thought was right. I felt a lot better myself when the reptile was sealed up and no one was in danger.”
