While Marina had shown true compassion, the manager had failed the test by prioritizing money over basic human decency.

When the café owner heard what had happened, he was deeply impressed by Marina’s actions and disappointed in the manager’s behavior. As a result, the manager was fired, and Marina was given a promotion with more authority to ensure that every customer, no matter their appearance, felt welcomed and respected.
