We want to tell you about line dancing and also about one group choreograph David and his friends who do line dancing. Some of you may have heard or even tried it.

It’s so easy thing to do especially for beginners. It’s just a quick workout session and you don’t have to do anything difficult, just some simple moves and mostly footwork.

You can do it with everyone and everywhere, but it’s more fun when you do it with your family and friends.

David shows his friends to do steps in some directions, which seems so fun to do. The rhythm and the beat of the songs that they use match their moves which makes it even better. It let’s them to gain more and more energy and everyone who sees that wants to join.

Something so important about this is that the moves are so easy that anyone can do but anyways you have to move a lot and be physically ready for it.

This may seem something modern but specialists claim that this kind of group dances and exercises existed thousands of years ago and were apart of culture in many countries around the world

Then they were forgotten for some time but now returned thanks to people as David around the world and many people prefer to gain energy with line dancing now.
