Conjoined twin’s boyfriend explained their relationship with one of the sisters. Is marriage possible for them?

It seems that conjoined twins may not have a personal life because of the circumstances, but this conjoined twin talked about how one of them managed to get her boyfriend.

Lupita and Carmen Andrade are conjoined sisters who are 21 years old. Lately they answered YouTube’s “Ask Me Anything” questions. It’s obvious that people had so many interesting questions prepared for them, that they wanted to ask about their extraordinary life.

They have two separate hearts and brains. But they share other also important parts of their bodies, such as digestive and reproductive systems. They also don’t share a physical sensation for their own sides. So, people got so many answers they were interested in, but one was left.

When the topic was about dating and love, sister showed how different they are in that topic. Lupita is not interested in topics like that at all, but Carmen, meanwhile, told that she has a boyfriend and is dating him for more than a year now.

Carmen said that from the start it was very awkward to tell that she has a conjoined twin, but she knew she was going to be transparent. Carmen explained that: “It was a learning process for all of us”.

She answered the question about being sexually intimate with her boyfriend, and said that it is not possible considering the situation as a conjoined twin, and her boyfriend is totally okay with that.

When twins were asked about marriage and if it’s possibility, they said together that they are only 21 and don’t think about it yet. But Carmen thinks that having a life partner is maybe better in their case then marrying.

The most important thing is that sisters don’t think that their condition is a disability as many people do, and it is only a disability if you make it a disability. They will keep going and show everyone that they can do better and they can make it.
