A fish-1 A lemon-2 Tarragon- one bunch An onion-1 bread(lavash, big tortilla)-1 Spices-black pepper, coriander, salt Butter So let’s start our recipe. First of all you need to make the special sauce to stuff the fish. For that you need a bunch of tarragon. Place it in a cooking pot. With the next step you need to grate the lemon peel very finely and add it to the tarragon. Cut the onion in medium size and add. Then add to all of this the spices, salt, black pepper, coriander (you can add any other kind of seasonings according to your preference that you have already tried with sea food). Then add water in that pot(about 100-200grams – 3,5-7oz) and butter(olive oil),about 80 grams (2,5 oz.). Then you need to cook it on a gas stove over low heat for 10-15 minutes. And don’t forget to mix it while it is on the stove. After you do all this it will be the turn to work with the bread. Spread a little butter or oil on the bread so that it is completely covered with it. Place the fish there and make sure it is placed right in the center. Don’t forget to remove all the not necessary parts from the fish (tail, little wings) and wash it well. Then it’s turn to use the magical sauce you made. Put the sauce into the belly of the fish with the spoon. It is completely okay if it spills out a little because the sauce should be a little watery. Pour the sauce over the fish as well so it covers the fish. Then just roll it in the bread carefully and make sure it is closed from every side. A little reminder that you can make two fish at once since the sauce can be enough for two. All you have to do is to place them in the oven at medium heat so that the bread is not burned and wait about 30-40 minutes. And your juicy and delicious fish is ready.
