Some animals have an excellent memory and even an instinct that allows them to sense whether someone has good or bad intentions. Of course, this is not an exact science and their past may have made them more suspicious or fearful.

The main goal of most wildlife reserves is to rehabilitate animals and release them back into the wild. Unfortunately, this is not always possible, as some animals become too docile to survive in the wild.

This story is about the Dawn fox who was rescued when she was little. She is one of those animals that can no longer be released into the wild. Seven years before the video below was filmed, Geoff discovered her and at that time he thought she was an abandoned dog in the woods.

However, the animal turned out to be a vixen. Therefore, Geoff immediately took her to the Nuneaton and Warwickshire Wildlife Sanctuary in England. Geoff continued to visit Dawn for some time after her rescue. Today, more than seven years later, their friendship is still going strong.
