Heroic mother has been carrying her paralyzed son for 50 years on her shoulders

We know about the great maternal calling that is sung in songs, glorified in verse. There are women who, as mothers, entered the history of the spiritual civilization of those living on Earth. You can read about them everywhere. The mother of Alexander the Great, the Greek demigod, the hero of the Trojan War, Achilles, in the centuries closer to us and many other examples. But we will tell about the simplest village woman who has lived all her life in the same Serbian village of Mušić with her son and no one recognizes her, but she deserves the world. A single mother who gave birth 50 years ago to a paralyzed child, but did not abandon him, her son Predrag.

Olga Boshkovich is an example of selfless motherly love! Quite recently, thanks to the journalists who wrote a report about this amazing woman, this little family from Serbia became known by many people. Previously, no one knew about young Olga since when she found out that she would become a mother. After childbirth, having learned that a dysfunctional child was born his husband left them. At the same time, her relatives turned away from her for not leaving the crippled boy in the hospital. Why is there an inferior, weak man in the village?

And, the young mother, in defiance of everyone, went after her great tenderness, love for her son. Even to such an unfortunate, frail and half motionless. And there was not a single shadow of doubt in her mother’s soul about her decision. No matter how hard the fate her and her child would be, she would never leave him.

And, for half a century now, she has been carrying her son, already a big, overweight man on her shoulders. They refused a wheelchair, although it was offered. Everything seems to her that her son will be uncomfortable. And so, they live together, a small old mother bent over by already advanced years and her boy. Maternal love is really different and sometimes even insane. Such mothers can be called “crazy mothers. They love wisely, strictly, educating and instilling the best human qualities. Therefore, they grow up the same bright, pure in soul human beings.
