Every time Noah Raminick takes his little dog Wallace for a walk, he knows the corgi will stop when he sees another dog, since he is very sociable. Wallace loves to play and doesn’t pass up the opportunity to cuddle another dog. The little dog is always happy to be around people and other dogs.
