It was in such a difficult life situation that Huang Chuncai found himself – the man with the largest head in the world, who received the nickname “elephant man”. In Juan’s case, the operation to remove the huge tumors from his face was not carried out in a timely manner, not only because the family did not have sufficient funds. Huang was born and raised in a simple Chinese family. Juan himself is the owner of a short stature, which is only 135 centimeters. When it became obvious that he could no longer survive with such a large head, the doctors decided to perform an operation. 10 experts of the highest level took part in the process.

Doctors first measured the tumor, and at first they managed to remove only 15 kilograms. After some time, the doctors removed the remainder of the tumor, which weighed another 5 kilograms. The operation was successful, which was a real miracle both for Juan himself and for the doctors. The likelihood of a fatal outcome with such a complex disease was very high, but Juan managed to avoid adverse consequences.

Over time, doctors managed to help Juan stop the growth of neoplasms. Doctors gave him the opportunity to live a full life – to eat, talk, and solve other everyday issues. But despite this, 45-year-old Juan continues to be operated on and is under vigilant medical supervision. This is how he will live the rest of his life.
