And so what do we need for this izskonny dish, which my daughter liked so much that she ate with a high fever and was satisfied. And with her smile and gratitude she comforted me.

  • pickles -200g

  • Armenian pita bread – 4 pcs
  • butter

COOKING METHOD

Now you think that this dish will be pita roll, but no. You can make a pita roll with these products, but it won’t taste as good. Try what I am about to tell you and I assure you, you will be delighted. I really like to use Armenian pita bread in my kitchen and my family too, of course. It is easily digested by the stomach and does not give cravings after a meal. And so we take the sausage cut in thin layers, in the meantime cook the chicken fillet, until half cooked. And then the cheese is divided in half, one part is released through a grater, the other part is sliced very thinly and left on the sidelines.

We take a tomato and cut it also very thin and leave it aside. And when the chicken filet has reached the half-ready state, it is necessary to pour out the excess water and separate the meat from the bones, and cut the meat into small pieces. Take a pan on the gas over medium heat, add a little sunflower oil and fry the chicken filet until golden brown.

When the meat browns, we finish and cool it on a napkin so that the excess fat comes out. And after we sliced and prepared all the products that we need to take the pita. At first, you have to cut the lavash according to the size of your baking dish, with which you are going to bake our dish. After the form is slightly greased with butter (at room temperature), and we begin to assemble the dish in layers.

The first layer we will have lavash, lavash should be evenly smeared with butter. The next layer is a sausage (smoked sausage is more delicious) with pickled cucumber and grated cheese. Then another pita and again evenly coated with butter. And then tomato with layers of cheese and again a layer of pita. And repeat the same with this layer of butter. And begin to distribute the chicken fried meat pickles and tomato.

Butter the top pita and put it on the back side. The top pita shall be coated with egg. It is possible to cover it with sesame seeds. And we put it in the oven pre-heated to 220 degrees. Wait until it browns and serve. BON APPETIT!
