Mushrooms and potatoes is an unusual combination, but believe me, you will fall in love with this dish. I’m sure you will definitely make more. Honestly, I pulled this recipe off the internet at night, doubting that it would be delicious. But I decided to surprise my friends and family. You won’t believe it, but I and all my friends were pleasantly surprised that the potatoes and scallions would taste so good. I don’t think I’ve ever had anything tastier. I love mushrooms, I’ve cooked for everyone, but I’ve kept this recipe forever. I won’t be put off and start making what we need for it.

Ingredients

COOKING METHOD

Take potatoes, wash, peel and boil until half cooked. Why uncooked? I will now explain. You need to cook the potatoes not to the end, so that they are also cooked in the oven. If you put the uncooked potatoes in the oven along with the rows, they may not cook all the way through and the mushrooms will dry out. When the potatoes are cooked, we wash the mushrooms and clean off any excess. We divide the grebe into pieces of your choice, but not thick.

We take a dry frying pan and fry our mushrooms. When the mushrooms are roasting, don’t forget to look at the potatoes and take them out of the boiling water. Let them get cold. Then don’t forget to stir the mushrooms so they don’t burn. Then fry the onions in a completely different pan in a little oil, you can fry the onions in butter or sunflower oil, which we cut into half rings and stew.

Then beforehand cut boiled potatoes into circles, add mushrooms and stewed onions to these potatoes. To this mass add salt, red and black ground pepper, rosemary and mix everything well. Then transfer it all to the baking tray on which you will bake in the oven. Pour it into a mold, tamp it lightly on top, add the sour cream and spread it on top. And then sprinkle the sour cream generously with grated cheese. The cheese and sour cream will melt when baked and make the potatoes and mushrooms soft. Bake at 180 degrees until golden.
