Canadian Marc Martel is a gifted singer and songwriter. Martel uploaded a video of himself singing “Somebody to Love,” and it quickly became popular all over the world. Due to Martel’s voice being similar to that of Queen’s legendary late frontman Freddie Mercury, the video received millions of views in a matter of days.

Even though Martel is accustomed to performing night after night under the strain of living up to Freddie Mercury’s history, nothing could have prepared him for performing in front of vocalist Celine Dion, a true living legend.

Celine Dion was a guest on Radio Canada TV and asked to hear “Somebody to Love.” Dion was shocked to learn that her wish was fulfilled when Martel entered the stage to the accompaniment of a string group and choir. Dion breaks down in tears as soon as Martel launches into the song’s first notes.
