The delivery girl warned the owner of the house about the problem they had. Her advice can be lifechanging for so many people

We would like to talk about how the woman in this history could have been content to simply do her job and leave as quickly as many delivery men pressed for time and hellish paces have to do. But this woman decided to go further and her advice made all the difference for a family.

Not everyone knows it, but in each municipality with more than 2,000 inhabitants, it is compulsory to number each dwelling. It is logical because in case of need the emergency services must be able to find the right house as quickly as possible.

However, this is not always the case, according to the firefighters. Sometimes it is difficult for them to find the correct house number, because they are not legible or are overgrown with climbing plants. In such cases, valuable time is wasted and it can cost a life.

Jessica Huseman from the United States posted a video of her delivery girl on TikTok which went viral and has been viewed millions of times. In the video you can see the woman walking to her door and it is when something special happens.

The cheerful delivery girl begins to sing. She wishes the owner a good day. She then points out that the house has no house number. Not only does this complicate the task of delivery drivers, but also of emergency services. The delivery girl gives a good example of why this is so important: “What if you need medical or other urgently help․”

Jessica was very happy with the advice and explained in a follow-up video that she had moved there a few weeks before and had since bought a number to fix on her house. The package was actually for the former resident, Jennifer. To anyone who commented anything negative about the delivery girl she replied: “If you don’t have anything nice to say, scroll down, she’s just trying to help people.”
