The dog and the cat became friends but leaved each other soon, and this is what happened after months

This is how strong a friendship can be between animals.

There lived a couple in Washington. They were so happy together and always traveled and visited interesting and beautiful places. But their trips became more interesting when they adopted a cute dog and named him Lucky. They decided to travel by their car and explore new places with Lucky.

It was a hot summer day in the middle of July and the couple decided to go to a place they had heard about from friends. It was near the river. Everyone went there with their families to cool off a bit from that sweltering summer heat. It was 3 hours away from their town. And of course, they took Lucky with them too. As they reached the place they saw people sitting next to colorful tents and enjoying the awesome view of the river.

They opened their tent too and settled in a nice place․ And suddenly noticed that Lucky wasn’t around. They were so afraid for a second and were about to panic but then they saw Lucky standing next to a beautiful kitten. He wanted to play with her. He seemed so friendly and happy. The cat also looked excited and they started to play together. The owner of the cat was sitting next to us with her children who watched them play with admiration.

It was already getting dark so we called Luckily and the cat’s owner called her kitten-her name was Maya. But they didn’t want to leave each other and kept playing. We spent the night in that beautiful place. In the early morning, we woke up and saw that Lucky was already waiting for Maya outside but she was in her tent yet. And maybe it was one of the happiest moments in Lucky’s life when Maya left her tent. It seemed like they greeted and hugged each other. They started playing happily again. But it was time for them to leave.

They took Lucky knowing that he didn’t want to leave Maya, but they needed to be home as soon as possible. Maya looked upset too. On their way home, they realized how upset was Lucky getting but they couldn’t do anything about it. Passed some days, Lucky was still sad and didn’t eat or play as much as he used to. Passed a month, and two months and Lucky gradually forgot that story. In September The couple heard that the house next to theirs had been leased. They were so excited to have new neighbors. They brought some chocolates and sweets and went to meet them, and took Lucky with them too, as he was with them everywhere they went.

And they barely entered the garden when they got scared for a moment by Lucky’s jump. Lucky ran straight in one direction. They walked closer and saw Maya there. Then the couple saw children in front of the door and immediately recognized them from their summer trip. It was so unexpected. Lucky and Maya met each other again after months and none of them forgot the other. It was a so cute and emotional meeting. After that happy neighbors saw each other more often and Maya’s and Lucky’s friendship continued as happily as it had begun and they became inseparable friends.
