The dog barked and dragged his master into the woods until the man gave up

We want to share with you one more incredible story, that proves one more time that dogs are very smart, intelligent and kind creatures, that make the world a better place to live in. This story is about. Diego, a small terrier who managed to save the life of a Golden Retriever, that was stuck in a closed cesspool for a month, and become a real hero.

This happened in Poland and it is just amazing. Jerzy, hero’s owner lives in Karpacz. There are many beautiful places there and he always took his dog for a daily walk near the woods. He does that for his dog’s relaxation and so he can breath fresh air. It was one of their ordinary walks, but that day something unusual happened to them.

Diego just started dragging his owner toward the woods and Jerzy didn’t even understand  and figure out what was going on.

He realized that his dog was very nervous and was trying to tell him something and eventually Jerzy gave in. Diego picked up the trail and headed straight into the middle of the woods. After a while, the terrier stopped in front of a closed cesspool.

Jerzy stared at the cesspool for a long time and tried to think what could not be okay and finally he decided to lift its lid and here is when he was shocked. Jerzy saw a dog at the depth of 10ft that was barely alive and had no strength. He immediately called a rescue team, without losing even a second.

The poor dog received help and soon was taken to the vets. It was a Golden Retriever named Gucio, who sadly had gone missing a month ago and was already clear where he was all that time. Gucio fell into the cesspool while walking in the woods.

So Diego was the hero, who felt the presence of his friend there, and did everyting to tell about it his owner, and he succeed. Poor Gucio would have died within hours if he stayed there one more day, and didn’t receive any help. Fortunately, everything is okay now, and Gucioa is fully recovered from that bad situation thanks to Diego!
