There lived a couple-Tom and Sadie. They had twin daughters-Emily and Natalie. They grew up and days were left for their 5th birthday. As most of the children they asked their parents for a dog. Tom and Sadie already secretly prepared it for them but now they were 100% sure they chose the right giift. The day of Emilie’s and Natalie’s birthday parents gave them a very cute puppy and they together decided to name him Oliver. Girls were so excited about it. They spent most of their time together in the garden, teaching him to do fun and easy things. Oliver was so smart and easily learnt everything. One evening the family gathered in the living room. Emily turned the TV on. On TV was a program about dog agility competition. It immediately caught Oliver’s attention. He watched it with admiration and looked worried about the dog whose turn was to accomplish the task. He looked like a soccer’s or basketball’s fan who was watching a game with worrying about his favorite player. Family noticed it and every day they let Oliver to watch dog agility competitions. After some days they noticed how Oliver was trying to copy everything dogs on TV did. He ran all over the house, and waited his family members to applaud as the audience did. He was so happy about it and watched the competitions all over again. His eyes shined while watching those programs. That’s when the family decided to make their boy’s dream come true and decided to train him for a dog agility competition. There was a dog training center nearby. In the center they asked some questions about Oliver’s behavior and accepted him. Emily and Natalie were so nervous and happy for Oliver. He couldn’t know or imagine that he can be one of the lucky dogs that he watched everyday on the TV. But his family knew, and gave him that chance. His first training day was over and Tom with his daughters came to take him home. They spoke to his coach and she said that Oliver is so talented and clever dog and has a big potential. Also she added that Oliver enjoyed every moment of his training. Passed some time. Oliver’s skill were getting better and better. And soon it was announced that a dog agility competition was going to be held after a year in their town.It was a quite big event and Oliver’s coach suggested his family to definitely take part in the competition and not miss that great opportunity. Of course family agreed. Coach started the trainings and was sure a year is enough or even more for Oliver to be ready for the competition. And that was right! After 7 months Oliver was totally ready to present himself and won every trial tournament recording bright results. And finally the big day came. Oliver’s family was in the audience nervously waiting for Oliver’s performance, while he was just enjoying his time. His performance just amazed everyone. Audience was shocked by the speed and agilities level he showed. His family was so proud of him. He recorded unprecedented result by finishing his task in 25.8 seconds. He was in the first place in the first serious competition in his life. Maybe it felt like an unreal thing to Oliver to be there and do his favorite things. Or he just didn’t care and enjoyed himself by “playing”. But one thing was sure he was happy. And if you think he stopped watching competitions you are totally wrong. Now he forced everyone to watch himself on the TV and always waited applauses from everyone. If you have the opportunity to make your pet happier and make him feel better-do it. Because all he has in his life is his owner, who they love and protect and they deserve the same. Share 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestLinkedinTumblrRedditWhatsappTelegram
