The dog had deformity under her eyes and no one wanted her. Here is her journey of finding a forver family and home

We live in a world, where looks can sometimes matter more than what we have in our soul. And that is a sad fact. This is not only about people, but animals too. People look for beautiful features for choosing a pat, but they don’t realize how beautiful and unique are the ones that are different from others.

This is a story of a pat who didn’t look exactly like other pats ad was unique, her name is Dutchess. She lived in a shelter surrounded with so much attention as she had landlord issues. She had a deformity under her eyes, and that is what made her look different from other dogs of the shelter.

Unfortunately, it was a reason for many people to pass over and not even look at her. No one seemed interested in adopting her while all Dutchess wanted was just a small warm corner where she could live forever and feel loved.

She was described as a very calm, friendly and clever dog. And finally, her sad life in a shelter came to an end she had a chance to be in a foster family. It was a new happy chapter in Dutchess’s life. She was soon adopted by a loving family!

She even had a surgery for her eyes, and it was successful. Soon after recovering she was ready to move to her new family. She was renamed Lena. A completely new life was waiting for her! Now she lives her best life with her loving owners who treat her the best way they can. We are happy knowing that one more dog in the world is happy now!
