The family thought they adopted an ordinary kitten, but it turned out that it was not so at all

The story is about how one family from Thailand picked up a small kitten near the house, thinking that the kitten was from an ordinary cat mother. The kitten appeared to be two days old, still very weak and in need of special care. So, the family took the kitten to the vet to get the right information on how to care for such little kittens.

There, the family learned that they had found a kitten not from an ordinary cat, but that that kitten was a cub of a rare cat – fishermen. There are not many left of this type of cat, so they are already considered rare. Angler cats got this title because they love water very much and are able to catch fish well from the water. And these fish that they catch are considered their main food.

How did a wild, rare cat cub end up near a Thai family’s house? It turns out a few months ago, this Thai family helped one sick cat, who also turned out to be a cat – fishermen. She came to their house every day, and they brought her food and water. Then she abruptly disappeared and never came back. Th\at cat was pregnant and she thought that for the birth of her kittens, the safest refuge would be the place where she was fed and loved. And apparently when she dragged her kittens into the forest, she accidentally dropped one cub. So good people found him and thank God that they found him in time and saved him.

Now the cub lives in a shelter in which there are wild animals and everything is fine with him. He grows, is active and gets proper care.
