Beautiful relationships between people are always pleasure to watch and hear about. We live in a very small world and sharing kindness is the best thing we all can do to each other. This is a story about Sayner and Perrett who became very close friends and built a very exemplary relationship.

Sayner was the tenant of the house since 1998 and the landlord was Perrett. They always understood each other very well and respected each other. He always helped around the house whatever the woman needed and she in return tried to do everything to not disappoint him, pay her rent on time. She treated the house as her own and cared about its every corner.

Time passed and Perrett was ended up in a nursing home and was settling his affairs. That is when he decided to do a thing and gift Sayner something she’d never forget. Perrett decided to leave the house under Sayner’s name and told that he trusts her the most. The rest of Perrett’s fortune went to the Royal Melbourne Hospital. There he received an important transplant that extended his life.

Perrett sadly passed away. As it was the period of the pandemic, very few people were invited, almost 10, and Sayner was one of them. That also proved that they became like real family members over years. After this chapter of her life Sayner decided to retire.
