This is the story of Joseph Williams, a man from Chicago that was born with a very rare condition that made him look different from everyone around him. The condition is called otofacial syndrome and causes a person to be born without a mandible, lower jaw or jawbone. He was also born with a twin, but he unfortunately passed away after the birth.

Of course, this kind of illness causes discomfort and difficulties in his life. Despite all of that, not all people around him accepted him the way he was and he faced bullying so often in his life. But he could find his love of life.
