The man saved the woman’s life by stopping her car. The story of a real hero

When we drive, we must be focused on what is happening in front of us and show great vigilance. Sometimes, accidents do not come from us but from others in complicated conditions. This is what happened to this man in the Netherlands.

Henri was driving home from work and he realized something was wrong with a moving vehicle nearby. He saw that a woman was lying like a “doll” with her head on the steering wheel.

Although the woman did not feel well, her car continued to drive at full speed. At one point, the car continued down the grass on the roadside. Henry told that all sorts of things crossed his mind, but at that moment he knew he had to do something.

He managed to drive his car ahead of the woman’s. In this way he tried to stop her car. A bang followed, her car crashing into Henry’s at 30 mph.

Henry quickly came out to see how the woman was doing. She was still unconscious, but had her heart racing. After she woke up she regained some consciousness and vomited. His spectacular rescue was caught on the dashcam of another motorist who happened to be an old acquaintance of Henry. Herman called 112 and also stayed with the woman until the emergency services arrived.

Henry himself remains humble about his reaction and doesn’t consider himself a hero. “I consider it an obligation to help someone in need. I am glad everything ended like this.
