The mother is astonishing because she gave birth to 6 children in five years and each time twins

For some families having twins is great, for others it means double the changes. Having children can be a source of happiness, but it’s also a lot of work anyway and our lives change.

Jolene Mckee (32) and her New York husband Andrew (33) are the proud parents of six children, having recently welcomed their third twins (Aiden and Jaiden).

The mother said it was a blessing to have six children from three pregnancies, as they now know better how to handle twins. Each time, they feel more like professionals.

The family now consists of the two parents and their children: Peyton and Paige (5 years old), Abigail and Andrew (3 three) and Aiden and Jaiden, three months old.

Jolene never imagined herself with a large family. “I thought I would have one or two children. When I found out I was pregnant with twins for the third time, I completely accepted that this was my destiny.”

The mother also got all three possible combinations: girl/girl, boy/boy and boy/girl!

But it wasn’t an easy journey for the couple. Jolene suffered a miscarriage before getting pregnant with Peyton and Paige. “I was so scared to go to the doctor for the ultrasound after feeling the pain of a miscarriage,” she explained.

When she was told she was expecting twins, she could hardly believe it. Two years later, that was the case again. The third time Jolene got pregnant, she was 100% sure it wouldn’t be twins.

However, things would turn out differently! “So when we found out it was twins for the third time, we were shocked and the doctor was just as shocked. He said he had never seen a woman have three twins in his entire career.”

Fortunately, all of the pregnancies went very well and parenthood became a little easier each time.

The chance of having two twin pregnancies is one in 125,000, according to the BBC. And the chance of being pregnant with twins three times? One in 1.4 million apparently!

In Joline’s case, she apparently has an overactive uterus that she says lets two eggs through at once.
