However, times are changing and now children can discover other passions much more, like this nine-year-old boy who wanted to use a sewing machine. His mother was even more surprised to see what he did. He proved that everyone needs to do what their heart tells them.

Raising children is not easy and their path is full of difficulties. We all want our child to be the best version of themselves. This mother can tell herself that her education was very effective!

This is the story of Sonya Whittaker and her son Campbell. Despite his young age, the boy went through difficult times. At an early age, his father had cancer, which taught him what is important and what is not at a young age.

Her father’s illness is actually the reason her story is now known by so many people. He wanted to do something special for his beloved dad and decided to sew him a teddy bear. It would be the start of something special because it inspired him. Imagine how special gift it would be for him and of course for his father.

He asked his mother for money, not to buy toys, cars and etc., but to buy a sewing machine to sew teddy bears that he could give to hospitalized children.

When Campbell’s mother saw why her son was using the sewing machine, she couldn’t believe her eyes. Every day after school, the boy patched up teddy bears and other stuffed animals, which he then gave to poor sick children. Over time, Campbell has donated over 800 teddy bears, which is an incredible achievement!
