Meow Meow was born before the original Grumpy Cat. Her owner became Clare who found her abandoned in an old pet shop by her original owner when she was just 10 months old. They lived together for a long time and once some health problems appeared and she took the cat to the vet. There Clare was told that the kitten could live up to two years with medication. But the loving cat mom looked for other options.

She simply couldn’t accept that that fact. She was like her child and she could not deal with that news. Then one doctor explained that the only solution of the cat’s survival was going to America. It was expensive but she of course did it. The treatment was organized at the Oregon Veterinary Specialty Hospital.

She took a mortgage loan on her house and without any hesitation quitted her job. She rent a place in Portland, Oregon, and visited her beloved pet every day in the hospital, while she was in quarantine until she could come home to their place in Portland.

And it was a right decision. Soon Meow Meow was completely healthy and no longer needed any medication. The duo is still in Portland. They believed in themselves and now they live their happiest life together. She has her own Instagram account which they started in 2020, and now have thousands of followers, who adore the cat and always wait for new updates from her.
