Dogs encourage happiness and make people smile always and everywhere. The story that we want to share with you is quite unusual. The priest was simply attending a church service; he had no idea that he was going to meet a cute dog, that was going to curle up next to him and demand all of his attention while he prayed. He responds with great calm.

The dog’s body language clearly shows that he felt safe and secure there. He had such a high level of faith in everyone and was just trying to make them happy and have fun himself.

Father José Geraldo Sobreira knew that the dog was delighted to be there, and didn’t want to hurt his feelings. After the video went viral, there were some discussions about the dog’s presence in the church, but as is often noted, there are as many viewpoints as there are people, so it was natural. Most people found it adorable and precious!
