The smiling man is happy to set a new unusual world record, but you know what?

Some Guinness records are quite strange but interesting at the same time. On our side, we really like the group records that mobilize the inhabitants and create a feeling of union between neighbors or the records that help people to accept themselves as they are. It was alone that this Turk broke a world record.

Everyone on this planet is unique. We can all find people who we resemble more or less but we all remain unique. The unique thing that makes Mehmet Özyürek a little different from others is immediately noticeable!

The 71-year-old from Turkey has the biggest nose in the world as a living person.

There may of course be other people on this planet with longer noses, but they have never reported to Guinness World Records. He had his nose measured on TV for everyone to see.

It happened in  2010. He appeared on the Italian TV show Lo Show Record and had his nose measured by professionals. His nose is 8.8 cm long.

In humans, the nose and ears continue to grow with age. So there is a good chance that the next time, it will be even bigger!

It’s insane what different and unique world record there can be. People are creative and use their uniqueness which is what makes life more interesting. Who knows? Maybe each of us holds another world record in us but we even don’t know about it.
