The tallest man in the world got married

It may sound strange, but the tallest man in the world is over the moon after meeting the woman of his dreams. Sultan Kosen is 2.52 meters tall and gave up looking for love because women were afraid of his height until he met Dibo Merwe. Yesterday, the wedding finally took place. The wedding took place in Turkey.

Recalling his long search for love, the man said: “I wish I had found a girl as tall as me. But with my bride, I found the person for me.” His dream came true, and now he is looking for a car for himself. Kosen became the world’s tallest man in 2009 and reached near-star status, so the couple had many notables at their wedding.

Guests included politicians, including Turkish President Abdullah Gul and Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, as well as religious leaders and high-profile businessmen. Kosen also made it into the Guinness Book of World Records as the man with large hands – 27.5 cm – and large feet – 36.5 cm in length.

The man suffers from a rare disorder called pituitary gigantism, which causes his body to produce growth hormone all the time. Doctors believe his condition was caused by a tumor on his pituitary gland that was removed in 2008.

Kosen was stunted until he was ten years old, but when the tumor appeared, his growth began to increase at a rapid pace, only to stop last year. During a visit to the United Kingdom last year, he was teased by all the children and found it difficult, but he is still proud to be so tall.
