Natalie Thomson is the one who saw a dog who was lying in the snow next to a hydro pole. After receiving a concerning phone call, a team was dispatched to search for a stray dog in the snow. When the rescuer saw the dog, she came out with her phone. Wide-eyed and exhausted, the dog whined softly. It seemed like the poor animal was asking for help as the woman approached.
