It is often said that felines are very powerful hunters by instinct. They can even be very destructive to the ecosystem, especially domestic cats who will kill rodents and birds for pure pleasure and not for food, which is a real problem. However, there are exceptions.

In nature, one of the smallest felines is also the most successful. The black-footed cat, native to Africa, is six times out of ten successful in its hunting attempts. However, the cat in the video below does not appear to be among the black-footed cat’s closest relatives!

A woman in Scotland filmed a neighbor’s cat entering her garden. “Here is the neighbor’s adorable cat, fooling around in the yard as always. She’s trying to hunt, but… head straight in the bushes!” the woman wrote. As we can see from the pictures, the cat does almost everything right. The front legs in the air, the tail that moves to find the balance, a jump… and it ends up in the middle of the ivy! Check out the hilarious video below.
