In 2006, at only 12 years old, Tressa gained national attention as the youngest mother in the UK when she gave birth to her daughter, Annie.

However, Annie’s birth was the result of a traumatic event that robbed Tressa of her childhood. Due to her young age and difficult circumstances, she was unable to care for her daughter, and two years later, Annie was placed for adoption.

Despite the separation, Tressa never stopped thinking about her. In her 2015 book, she revealed that Annie remained in her thoughts every single day—her first in the morning and her last at night.

Years later, Tressa was able to experience motherhood again. In 2018, after a challenging 24-hour labor, she and her partner, Darren, welcomed their daughter, Arihanna, into the world. The birth marked a new chapter in her life, one filled with love, hope, and resilience.

By 2023, according to her Facebook page, Tressa was expecting her third child with Darren Young. She often wrote about the deep love she holds for all her daughters and her desire to be the best mother she can be, striving every day to make them proud.
